Army Substance Abuse Treatment Program

Located in building 2437 on 21 st and Indiana Street , the Substance Abuse Program provides abuse counseling to adult beneficiaries with medication management with group and individual counseling.

Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program (SAPR)

The SAPR program ensures that victims of sexual assault are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. A Victim Advocate is available to offer confidential support and information to victims regarding their safety and civilian/military resources are available whether the victim decides to report the incident to law enforcement or not. Family Advocacy Victim Advocate Program (FAVAP)

The FAVAP provides services to victims of domestic violence such as: crisis intervention, reporting options, safety planning, court advocacy, emergency transportation, and relocation assistance. Note: 24 hour phone line (270)498-4319

Military Family Life Consultants

Located in the Family Resource Center, building 1501 William C. Lee Rd. Family Life Consultants assess the needs of the individual family or group, provide support or refer to appropriate resources, and assist the soldier and his/her family in developing an action plan to address life problems.

Military One Source provides an array of resources and confidential counseling for military personnel and their family members at no cost for up to six visits. This program is ideally suited for relationship issues, anger or grief management, post traumatic stress, and other counseling services.

Healthnet Federal Services (Tricare)
National Number: 1-(877)TRICARE

Provides counseling to military personnel, family members, and retirees with Tricare benefits for personal, marital, and family issues. The first eight visits per fiscal year do not require authorization. Subsequent visits require authorization submitted by the counselor. There is a max of 2 per visits per week. No limit on yearly visits.

Wounded Soldiers and Family Hotline

The Wounded Soldiers and Family Hotline primarily helps soldiers and veterans resolve issues dealing with medical claims, and medical discharge pay. Also, this hotline helps soldiers with emergency leave for personal and family medical emergencies. Non military members can call to help locate a military member.
