Benefits and Payment |
Each couple will be paid from $100 and $180 each time they complete questionnaires. You and your partner will each be paid $50 for completing the first questionnaire, which adds up to $100 for you as a couple. You will then be paid $50 each for the second questionnaire, $60 each for the third questionnaire, $60 each for the fourth questionnaire, $70 each for the fifth questionnaire, $70 each for the sixth questionnaire, $80 each for the seventh questionnaire, $80 each for the eighth questionnaire, $90 each for the ninth questionnaire, and $90 each for the tenth questionnaire. You will be paid for completing the first and second questionnaires on the same day that they are completed at our location on post. Questionnaires completed online every six months thereafter will be paid by check. Soon after your questionnaire is completed online, a check will be sent to you in the mail.
